You Will Not Replace Us

The USC Casden Institute proudly presents a screening of “You Will Not Replace Us” co-directed by USC alumni Josh Greene and Luke Harris. This film confronts the complex relationship between Black and Jewish Americans and the common struggle we face to fight hate. The title of the film is in reference to the popular white supremacist replacement theory that is rebuked in the film. By bringing together Black and Jewish interviewees, this film sends a clear message: that marginalized communities will not be replaced by bigotry and ignorance. The film will be followed by a discussion between Josh Green, Luke Harris, Michael Renov, Professor of Critical Studies and Vice Dean for Academic Affairs (USC School of Cinematic Arts) and Alaina Morgan, Assistant Professor of History (USC History).
