USC Chan Occupational Science Symposium
The USC Chan Occupational Science Symposium will be hosted at The Huntington, San Marino, CA. This live + virtual event will be dedicated to the life and legacy of Dr. Elizabeth June Yerxa, and will explore the concepts of embodiment and emplacement in occupational science. Presentations and breakout sessions will challenge traditional views that separate mind, body, and environment, thus urging a more integrated understanding of human occupation. The symposium will feature Wilma West Lecturer Antoine Bailliard and Elizabeth Yerxa Lecturer Linda Tickle-Degnen, with tributes to Elizabeth Yerxa.
