ICCOPT 2025: the 8th International Conference on Continuous Optimization

The 8th International Conference on Continuous Optimization is scheduled to be held on the campus of the University of Southern California in beautiful Los Angeles, California. It is the flagship conference of the Mathematical Optimization Society in the area of continuous optimization. The program will consist of a Summer School on July 19 & 20, and the conference July 21-24, 2025.  Both will be held on USC’s campus. 

The Opening Mixer will be held across the street from USC at the California Science Center on Sunday, July 20th, 2025. The conference will have over 700 Plenary, semi-plenary and parallel speakers from many nations. ICCOPT is held every three years.

USC is one of the world’s leading educational institutions and is located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Conference early check in will be on Sunday, 7/20/25 from 3:30-5:30 PM (ICCOPT 2025 homepage will provide location in July 2025).

Opening Mixer will be held at the California Science Center, on Sunday, 7/20/25 from 6:30-8:30 PM. Conference lanyard/ID badge or guest mixer ticket is required for entry into the Opening Mixer (ID Badges can only be obtained at Early check in).

Conference Banquet (separate ticket purchase required) will be held at USC in the Town & Gown Ballroom

Conference Meals included with ticket: 4 lunches, coffee & snacks Monday through Thursday. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.

Summer School Meals included with Summer School ticket: Friday dorm dinner, Saturday dorm breakfast, Classroom lunches Saturday and Sunday, and Sunday dorm breakfast.Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.

ALL Registration will end July 1, 2025

On campus parking is $20 a day
Public transportation or ridesharing is recommended
